Lesson Learned

On Monday, we were having butchery class with Chef Farouk..
On that day, we had debone lamb rack and lamb shoulder..
Unfortunately, Cindy, Natasha, Tim, Mok including ME accidentally cut our finger..
Then Chef Farouk wondering what day is today, why so many students cut their finger...Haha

Sorry to all PEOPLES, this week I'm not gonna post anything about pastry class because yesterday we only spend our time by helping Chef Karam to prepare some pastry for a event...
We had made fruit tart, choux pastry ( cream puff ) and puddings..
And i want to apologize especially to my best friend, FOO LAI LENG for not taking any pictures of me in my chef uniform..=)
